You must bring your towels for the spa, your towels and washcloths for the shower. You must bring your personal hygiene products, such as shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc... Consult the list of supplies included!

You have two choices, either to bring your bedding (sheets, blankets, comforters and towels) or to take the extra bedding and we'll take care of it for you and you don't have to bring anything.

The terms of payment for the rental of a chalet are 50% of the contract upon reservation. The balance 30 days before your arrival. A security deposit between $250 and $1000 will be required on a credit card depending on the chalet. We accept interac transfer by email, credit cards and check.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE OPTION
Refunds may be provided if you select and pay for the 'Refundable Booking' upgrade, prior to checkout. Guests who purchase a refundable booking and are unable to attend their reservation due to one of the many reasons covered in the Terms & Conditions (https://refundable.me/member-wording-extended/), must apply to receive a 100% refund of their booking fee + any ancillary purchases. After purchasing the refundable booking upgrade, to apply for a refund, please find the refund application link in your booking confirmation email. The refundable booking upgrade will only be valid for individual circumstances that might prevent you from attending your booking and are not a “cancel-for-any reason” upgrade. (If you do not select the refundable booking upgrade you are subject/bound to the existing cancellation policy listed above/below.)

Early arrival and late departure - paying service ($)

Upon availability and prior authorization, confirmed at least 48 hours before your arrival. Chalets Arseneault reserves the right to refuse early arrival or late departure depending on current operations.

You must be at least 25 years old to sign a contract with us. We are vacationers so we favor calm and relaxation. There are no parties here.

There is no cleaning fee but you must leave the chalet in good condition (inspection following your departure).

Of course the spa is functional all year round!

Yes, all our chalets are non-smoking and if the regulations are not respected there will be a penalty charged to the credit card.

Of course, but you must take care of your animals, so they must not harm the well being of the other occupants. Go on the land of other tenants and scare them... (on pain of eviction). You must pick up feces, etc. There is a $10/day/pet fee.

You have the option of combining 2 or more chalets in Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci that can accommodate up to 36 people in total. Ideal for family reunions, groups, weddings, or simply for your annual convention. Each chalet is fully equipped, and equipped with a 4-season spa on private land in the same area and this within walking distance from one to another on a lot of 78,000 square meters with a superb private pond, beach in sand and kayaking for the pleasure of the little ones.

Yes of course the water is drinkable in all our chalets in Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci we have a artesian well and we have the water tested regularly. In Val-David we have city water.
